Die Einrichtung ist ok. Kostenloses Wlan ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und Dielen knarren. Man bekommt also mit, was die Nachbarn so treiben. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen ist ok.

This place is fab, the staff are lovely it's dog friendly and we stay here just simply to have a break with the dog and get away from life and work, and switch off. |I'm quiet happy stopping in a dog friendly hotel for a break tbh, it don't bother me about the decor. |We've stopped in 11 rooms so far and each one has its own quirky thing going on. The plan is to get thru all the rooms then pick a favourite lol. |My dog loves the staff, and the break so we can't complain tbh.

I booked 2 rooms in Barons Court Hotel. 1 room for my children and the other for me and my Mrs for one night. The stay was really nice. The bed was really comfy and clean. My children's room had 3 single beds layed out. There was more then enough space to walk around the rooms comfortably. Each room had complimentary toiletries and tea facilities. Every equipment is cleaned even the spoons, cups and kettle. I would say the only thing that was a downside is to have a cup of tea you would need to fill the kettle in the bathroom sink. My kids were a big grossed out by that. Still this doesn't stop us from coming back. We will definitely do another reservation again.

What a fantastic experience and the care shown to me and my daughter was incredible! The staff made us feel incredibly at home and left nothing to chance, the upgrade to a privilege room was impressive and made the whole trip worthwhile. Thank you for looking after us and I highly recommend this hotel for its value location and it's staff members! ||Thank you see you again.

Staff made it top class.

Liked · So, not a 5 star hotel by any means - but it doesn't pretend to be. Facilities are basic and only breakfast offerd.

HOWEVER - the staff - they are better than any other hotel I have stayed in - and I've stopped in a lot - including very high end. The staff make an effort to get to know you and all of a sudden they are like your family. No number of words can explain how brilliant they are - from the lady that makes breakfast in the morning, the house keeping staff, receptionists etc - absolutely each and every one of them are superstars. No amount of training could ever achieve what this team have - and I am convinced it is all because of their own efforts.

I will ALWAYS only ever come back here if the need arises - WELL DONE TO ALL OF THEM>.........

The room (101) at Barons Court was clean although very cold (20/12) the radiator in the room wasn't working but there was an additional wall mounted radiator that wasn't on when I arrived. I did put it on hoping that by the time I got back later it would be warmer, I was disappointed, when I arrived back a few hours later the room was still quite cold. The bed was comfortable and there was a small television but I didn't try this. However then there was the bathroom. I did try to shower, however, the showerhead did not stay in the holder, there was more water coming out of the connection from the taps to the shower hose than what was coming out of the shower head which made the water flow from the shower head very weak. The glass shower screen designed to keep the bathroom from getting wet had no seal between the screen and the bath and due to the leaky shower hose when I stepped out of the shower onto the towel, it was like stepping into a pool. I had breakfast the next morning and this was good. Plenty of choice and the hot food and drinks was hot. Overall for the price it was ok, but if you want to shower be wary.

Could be clean... but no one cares... corridors with carpets absorbing everything, so why clean them... Whole Hotel smels like cigarette bin... I know it says on policy NO SMOKING IN ROOMS, but people there still smoking. After one night there all our clothing was stinks... The hotel looks old and definitely needs refurbishment, but basic things could be done with brush. It's not recommended by me unless you can't afford anything else.
