I went to La Cienega Med Spa and had a pretty good experience. The staff was very thoughtful and took the time to recommend IV options based on what I needed, which was a boost in vitamins and energy. The process felt personalized, and I appreciated that.

I also think their pricing is fair compared to other places. Overall, I left feeling great and will definitely be going back for more IV sessions in the future.

Cienega Med Spa has been getting things right for a long time and certainly well before med spas were as common as a corner Starbucks. The locations are clean, stylish and welcoming and so many of the staff are great, certainly friendly and welcoming. No one though stands out more than Nurse Allison!!

Nurse Allison may be petite and unassuming but trust she is a powerhouse of knowledge, experience and genuine trustworthiness! (And as she should be, she pretty much runs the operation!) On all fronts, I have always trusted Allison (medically and otherwise) to give the best advice in guiding me through the myriad of treatments offered at Cienega and more importantly, the ones that were the most beneficial to achieve goals- both short and long term. She won’t be shy in saying ‘no’ either, but that’s what you want in a trusted provider. Someone that is talented and knowledgeable yet cares to help you look and feel you best.

To say Nurse Allison is a talented gem and consummate of a caring professional would be an understatement. Not sure where Cienega would be without her!!

I had an amazing experience with Nurse Alex at Cienega Med Spa! I went in for Botox and she made the whole process so comfortable and stress-free. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, ensuring I felt at ease. The results are exactly what I hoped for—subtle yet effective. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone considering Botox or any other aesthetic treatments! Definitely coming back!

Nurse Alex 10/10 recommend! Came here for a consultation for fillers (have never had any aesthetic treatments before), and she made me feel so comfortable! During our consultation she took a seat in the chair across from me and really took her time to answer all of my questions. Sounds funny, but her taking a seat instead of standing against the wall meant so much to me (showed me she was not in a rush, she was there and willing to chat with me for as long as I liked). It’s the little things people!! When I came back 2 weeks later for my filler appointment she asked me how my birthday was (I had only mentioned my birthday once to her in passing, what a memory)! I couldn’t have been more impressed. During the treatment she took her time to explain every step (I was pretty nervous), and she even gave me a squeeze ball to hold to calm my nerves. She helped me relax by getting to know me, asking my questions about my life, my family…what a sweetheart. Since the appointment she has even followed up with me to ask how my healing has been. Incredible! All in all, I really couldn’t have had a better first experience at Cienega Med Spa! Thank you Nurse Alex!!

Very bad experience here. Cool sculpting, it took 3+ hours for a 45 min service the machine broke down, stopped multiple times and had to use a separate machine which didn’t work either.
Upon seeking advice from cosmetic derms and plastic surgeons they told me that if the machine was faulty it will not produce results and that the session has to be done in full, if it stops mid session then it has to be re done. It gave me zero results and upon coming in for my follow up their team didn’t address my concerns.
Out 1,500 and the spa did nothing to help. When I asked to speak to the mangement with my concern they have, a ‘Customer Relations Specialist’ give me a windy run around. They wouldn’t send my documents or my before and after photos. It’s a scam, I recommend you go somewhere.
