Best family-owned Inland Empire charter service that you can find! They offer quick trips, multi-day Charters and limo service as well! Buses are clean and they are on time!

I had the pleasure to ride with Ms. Caprice J today for a seaworld field trip and we got there safe and back with no issue. To be very honest I’m going on this field trip for the next 2 days and I really hope I have Ms. Caprice as my driver for those days as well!

Everything was going good until our bus got stuck. We were driving on a steep canyon road and we had to turn around, our driver decided to try to make a u-turn in a driveway to a fire department and residential areas. Everyone in the bus knew our driver wasn’t going to make the turn, and we told her but she responded with a reply saying “Well You aren’t the one driving ARE YOU!” She then proceeded to drive directly into someone’s tree and blame it on our class for being too loud. She got stuck in a way that blocked the fire department and multiple houses, if there had been a fire nearby the fire trucks wouldn’t have been able to get out. We were stuck for 2 HOURS and were late to get back to our parents. Our driver was named Debbie and she was very mean to everyone. The only reason I didn’t give only one star is because we didn’t die.close up being

I just want to thank H&L for sending Miss Melva to escort my family out to Marina Del Rey for the day to carry out my dad's final wish. It was a comfortable ride, plenty of space, and prompt and courteous service. My fam adored her. It was a lovely trip.

Debbie is by far the most patient and just an absolute driver. I had some younger kiddos that were just rowdy on the ride home and Debbie was reassuring in that she was not bothered. Hopeful to have her again in any future trips with these kiddos.

We used H&L Charter to coordinate transportation in the Joshua Tree/Pioneertown area for our October 2023 wedding. H&L had great excellent customer service, went above and beyond to coordinate schedules leading up to the wedding, and the day-of drivers were so upbeat and helpful during their time spent in the desert. I would absolutely recommend H&L for your wedding transport needs.

We hired H&L Charter Co to shuttle guests from parking to our wedding ceremony location and everyone loved the shuttle and the driver! We had several guests comment to us the next day about how friendly and fun the driver was. Also in preparation for the event, my contact at H&L Charter was extremely responsive and thorough and I felt very confident going into our wedding day that our guests would be taken care of.
